- The Property Manager is your only point of contact. This person handles all aspects of the property including work orders, service calls, inspections, and overall the highest level of protection of your investment.
- We have no a la carte fees: no additional fees for inspections, meeting vendors, showings for prospective tenants, or for checkouts.
- We conduct semi-annual property inspections with full reports and photos/videos to update you with current conditions and recommendations.
- We require all tenants to have renters insurance.
- We offer an eviction plan where we handle the legal issues.
- We offer GET payments and reconciliations (subject to accounting fees).
- Management fees are 10% gross rent.
